Jewish Women’s Archive: Telling Stories to Nurture Budding Feminists & Honor Past Leaders in Gender problems

“It obviously resonates,” Bella Book, JWA’s Executive Assistant and workplace Manager, mentioned with a laugh. “Our blog site is usually lighthearted and unique, basically great. It has wit but features a comprehension that every thing we talk about features a historical background and also resonance for the ladies.”

Local Events Stimulate Conversation in Jewish Community

JWA may be the world’s largest archive of Jewish females. Yearly, over 1 million site visitors arrive at your website, and many discover a feeling of that belong and identity during the terms and tales of Jewish ladies such as for example Emma Goldman, Bella Abzug, Gloria Steinem, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Heading beyond their content, the Jewish Women’s Archive gives men and women the chance to get involved in order to find service in an amiable environment.

You should check out the JWA events schedule to know about upcoming chances to become listed on the conversation and meet individuals who communicate the ideals at general public programs.

In addition, JWA’s on line publication dance club fosters dialogue among visitors on the webpage. For bookworms at all like me, talking about what you are checking out is a fast method to bond and build relationships. The publication club is ready to accept folks of all genders and experiences. You can use the internet to respond to conversation concerns, read author interviews, and acquire a curated set of Jewish feminist games.
